Bahamas Yacht Charters & Boat Rentals

The Bahamas are an ideal location for a luxury yacht charter. They consist of three different island chains, each of which offers a variety of crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, world-class fishing and spectacular diving locations. To the north lie the Abacos. A chain of islands rich with the visual and cultural flavor of former British colonial life. The Middle Bahamas and the Berry Islands are full of activity including casinos, nightclubs and restaurants, while the lower Bahamas remain an idyllic retreat. Known as the Exumas, these islands offer the setting for total relaxation with distinct personalities and natural wonders.

The Bahamas are made up of more than 700 islands and countless cays to explore. Rimed by one of the world’s great barrier reefs providing hundreds of miles of relaxed and calm cruising in the relatively shallow safety of The Sea of Abaco. The Bahamas have a colorful history of swashbuckling pirates and privateers looking for places to bury their plunder in the many secluded anchorages. In many places little has changed since these early days and the Bahamas still features exceptional sailing on the warm Gulf Stream, turquoise waters and moderate winds.

The Exumas Islands are located within the greater Bahamas Island chain of the Caribbean Sea. These islands are full of natural beauty and untouched isolated ecology. The Islands stretch over 100 miles and are made up of 365 Cays and they remain reasonably untouched by man. They are one of the most pristine yacht charter cruising grounds in the world for luxury yachts, both motor and sailing, and are certainly one of the best in the Caribbean.

The Exumas are the site of the world’s first marine replenishment nursery established in 1958. The Exumas Land and Sea Park is 175 square miles and the host dozens of superb reef sites and outstanding anchorages. All of the Exumas are known for their crystal clear waters which are perfect for snorkeling, diving, kayaking and sailing. The area is also well known for Bonefishing and guided trips can be arranged by your personal crew.
